This table should be longer. A rogue with price warfare III gets +15 on his haggle check. If he's level 14, he can put 17 points into haggle. That reaches 32. If you add on skill focus haggle (+3), negotiator (+2), and +5 from charisma, that goes up to 42 points into haggle. I believe this is the theoretical maximum. -66.245.5.76 09:25, May 12, 2007 (EDT)

- Yeah, considering that comment was from 2007, I'm guessing that was the name of the old enhancement for haggle. As for the best haggler, there was a thread on the bard forums, but I'm pretty sure it was a human bard with a greensteel item that can get 70+ haggle. --Cyanpill 17:57, June 5, 2010 (EDT)

- Item routinely buffs to Haggle 93 when selling/buying (85 + ship buffs and a Bard song from an alt).
- Quickster posted a screenshot of Haggle 100.

Actaully gota be a few higher then 101.. As he was missing a at least a few things: Cha mod 19 (48 cha.. max is ~54/56 iirc) Missing at least the +4 bonus from abishai cookies buff, possibly compleitionist/+4 tome. So 102-105. Shade 00:11, July 20, 2011 (EDT)
Twelve Reputation Quest[edit]
I was just in the Twelve, and I noticed that the bartenders in Adept's Rest (in the Tower), but not the one near the guild portal, were offering a discount to "the Hero of Stormreach" - anybody have a clue what it might be? I can definitely rule out:
- the U13 Chain
- Shroud
- Lordsmarch (unless *just* Diplomatic Impunity & Frame Work do it)
- Sentinels of Stormreach
- Red Fens
- any Necropolis
- GH
- Sands (other than Desert Caravan)
- 3BC (other than Ghost of a Chance)
- Sorrowdusk
- Ataraxia
- Restless Isles
- Pretty much anything over L12 (and most of L12... and L11, for that matter)
- Twelve favor

Free agent 400 Favor rank. Referred to as "Hero of the People" on the wiki here, but I believe when you take the interview the npc refers to you as the hero of stormreach.

Item Deconstruction[edit]
When you deconstruct an item you receive roughly the plat amount for selling it. Does haggle affect this?— previous unsigned
