Same cooldown for wiz and sor? Seems wrong.. Every spell i've ever checked the cooldowns vary. Most match this info: Cooldown, while some vary as they were changed later.
Verified it was 2sec on my sor a while back.. But someone just edited the wiz part:

Did you actually test and verify this Fwamle? Or are you just going based on what the tooltip/compendium says? (Which is wrong 99% of the time, or at least inaccurate, as the game does use fractional cooldowns. So 2 seconds, may actaully be 2.5 or 2.75.. Have to time it manually, easier with cooldowns on hotbar displayed. I usually enalbe that, and cast various spells in quick succession which should have the same cooldown, and look at a timer and the shading to verify em.
