Force Burst own page?[edit]

Ok, I'm wondering what to do with Force and acid burst... any idea? Also, do they deal a 1d6 like the other bursts? I might move things around a little... How about seperating the opage in two... Unique-only and Randomly generated? Or should they have their own page with a "see also" thingy at the bottom? Just throwing ideas... Borror0 10:52, December 13, 2007 (EST)

I would leave the page as is for Acid Burst. Don't know about Force Burst though, not sure if it is elemetal damage. Dragonstar 11:24, December 13, 2007 (EST)
Do you confirm me that it deals 1d6 on hit (Acid Burst)? Borror0 11:31, December 13, 2007 (EST)
Elemental burstas all do 1d6 (fire/cold/ele/acid). Force is not elemental. It does 1d4 on DnD, but i have a impression it does 1d6 in turbine DnD (and is thus over powering). Force burst is only one that is not random. BlackSmith 11:52, December 13, 2007 (EST)
Acid is not dandom either. and I agree, Force gets its own page... not elemental. Borror0 11:56, December 13, 2007 (EST)

Dice vs. Range[edit]

I'm sad to see the recent change from dice notation (1d6, etc) to range (1-6, etc). I thought the ddowiki standardized on the more accurate dice notation? Do we have a rule on this? Backley 13:41, November 26, 2011 (EST)

The general description at the top is the standard #d##, and the individual elements below are verbatim from the effect text on the items.. ShoeMaker 14:39, November 26, 2011 (EST)

There's no need to include the almost always wrong verbatim descriptions. If we want to constrasts the inaccurate official descriptions belows, we can fit them somewhere.. But imo its unneccesary, people come to the wiki to the get the real info, not some dummbed down kid info, that can see that ingame.

And unless your going to change the whole wiki to kid numbers, dont change one page. Start a discussion topic and see what the main editors want to do, if the majorty agree to use the kid numbers, well change all the pages. For now I put back the dice, and expanded the description to support multipliers above x4 (as the bursts actaully do, as of module 6, it was in the release note yet never added to the description, like oh so many things).
