Things unlikely to make it in

And if they make it in, not in original form

Trackless Step (Ex): Starting at 3rd level, a druid leaves no trail in natural surroundings and cannot be tracked. She may choose to leave a trail if so desired.

No tracking ingame, but it may become a move silently or sneak bonus.

Resist Nature’s Lure (Ex): Starting at 4th level, a druid gains a +4 bonus on saving throws against the spell-like abilities of fey.

Don't seem to have Fey ingame.

A Thousand Faces (Su): At 13th level, a druid gains the ability to change her appearance at will, as if using the alter self disguise self spell, but only while in her normal form. This affects the druid’s body but not her possessions. It is not an illusory effect, but a minor physical alteration of the druid’s appearance, within the limits described for the spell.

Maybe a diplomacy\bluff\intimidate buff, but I can't see this making it in.

Dragon Wild Shape at capstone not possible in DnD 3.5e

Dragon Wild Shape: Prerequisites Wis 30, Knowledge (nature) 30 ranks, wild shape 6/day. The character may use wild shape to change into a dragon (black, blue, green, red, white, brass, bronze, copper, gold, or silver). The size limitation is the same as the character’s limitation on animal size. The character gains all extraordinary and supernatural abilities of the dragon whose form he or she takes.

As i know from playing a druid/monk in NWN, shifting was possible at LVL 36 and only as a human. If Levelcap will be 25, it will be only possible to reach wisdom 29, if i count turbine tome +3 as natural wisdom bonus.
Let's count this out and validate this... Human, maxed ranks in WIS on creation, Human Adaptability Wisdom I at level 5, six ranks of WIS on level-ups (one every 4 levels), +3 (up to +5, as I hear it is under consideration as part of the level cap raise to 25) WIS tome, +6 wisdom item... 18+1+6+3+6=34.. (I'm not even including exceptional WIS or a WIS +7 item)... You could make thirty with just raw base WIS with Human+feat+level-ups+tome(+5)... -- ShoeMaker (Contributions Message) 15:51, April 28, 2012 (EDT)

Two points of interest should be figured out.
1. Dragon Wild Shape is an epic Feat. Do Item enchantments count as a prerequisite for Feats?
2. Including Human_Adaptability I count WIS maxed ranks on creation 18+1+6+4(Tome)=29. Tome +5 is not confirmed yet, but would increase it to the prerequisite 30 WIS. Knowledge (nature) 30 ranks is not part of the Skills atm, only implemented as the Wilderness_Lore Feat. from the Ranger Class.
So, maybe we should change the capstone line at the Druid page until we have further confirmation. "Kenni (ContributionsMessage) 05:05, April 29, 2012 (EDT)"

1) No, they don't.
2) Nor do Enhancements. So just 18+6+4, maybe +5. But if it's implemented as a capstone, it would be an enhancement... and I've no idea if stat enhancements count towards minimum stats for other enhancements (gut feeling says "yes" 'cause you can't cherrypick which enhancements you reset, so might as well make it count). I know item enchantments don't.
3) Knowledge will never be part of the skillset (and I'm sure Druids will get Wildy lore as well) so that would probably just go away (I mean, druids presumably get wildy lore automatically ANYWAY, no need to make it a prereq for something you hafta be a capped druid to get, right?).
Since pretty much the whole page is guesswork based on a combo of the PnP version ('cause Turbine *never* changes that, right? lol) and a few smatterings of info, we should just keep it as-is until/unless something more concrete comes along - either that, or blank everything that's pure guesswork from the PnP version... And of course, with the enhancements pass coming, all this is gonna go down the tubes! -LrdSlvrhnd (ContributionsMessage) 06:17, April 29, 2012 (EDT)

I have a feeling, if they have Dragon Wild Shape, It would function kind of like the Dragon Torso Stone from Dark Souls, where it changes you into a humanoid dragon, with special bonuses/ability. Otherwise... Just imagine a Velah vrs 6 capstone druids in Dragon Forms...
Also, its not "Level Cap 25". It will still be 20, with 5 levels of EPIC ADVANCEMENT. Which we have no idea how this truly will work yet. Yawgmoth (ContributionsMessage) 16:12, April 29, 2012 (EDT)

Beta

its up on beta now, and is NDA protected. so i guess its time to call our speculation fun on this page. should we protect this page till the NDA is lifted and archive this page as [[Druid (speculation)]] now? --yoko5000 (ContributionsMessage) 01:01, May 11, 2012 (EDT)

Time to unlock this page please. I suggest we don't bother with a druid (speculation) page, but I don't care. --Cru121 (ContributionsMessage) 07:54, June 11, 2012 (EDT)

Wolf pet

The druid's wolf pet is much like the artificer's: it can learn enhancements, can wear/use collars (weapon slot), and can wear leather or hide armor (armor slot). I'm not noticing any visual changes in the pet from these items though.
