i tested AC penalty stacking a while back in tavern. yes description claims that imp destruction is -8 but it isnt. maybe it was like that when 1st implemented, but imp destruction now is another -4 that stacks to regular destruction. its a common knowledge among people who runs epic DQ2 and big top. confirmation screenshots to follow.

- yep, i think it was U11P1. regular destruction and improved destruction should be doing different things but thats busted. dunno if there was dev confirmation etc on this though.

Improved Destruction bugged, only for non-handwraps[edit]
Guess U11.1 was opposite day patch.. As improved destruction actaully does work correctly for handwraps, but not for any weapons.
Here's a pic of my testing.. Noticed it first in a Reaver raid I ran with a monk friend. Saw the 2 destruct icons on the reaver and noticed the monk was the one doing it.. So we went into to pvp to see if 2 icons = double the debuffs.. Screenshot
hvy fort - 8% = 92%, 2 icons = yep it works. AC portion was -8 misc bonus as well...
This is the future guys.. Handwraps work, weapons dont.. ugh
