For the card combination of Priest, Torturer, Tempter, you are told that your ally Ezmerelda is in the torture chamber. But you'll need to enter the Brazier room instead, and go to the balcony there which overlooks the torture room. For my run the key was in the Chapel, the optional for a second Named chest was in the Treasury, and the Icon was in the Upper Servant's quarters.
