Using the wand will randomly cast one of the Summon Creature spells, the summon lasts for 10 minutes or until replaced with another summon.
When cast, it summons one creature at random from this list:
- Celestial Dog: CR 1; Lawful Good; like the Summon Monster I spell.
- Fiendish Monstrous Scorpion: CR 2; immune to poison, melee, can poison on attack; like the Summon Monster II spell.
- Summoned Hell Hound: CR 4; hide, breath of fire, fireball, melee; like the Summon Monster III spell.
- Fiendish Monstrous Spider: CR 6; web, ranged acid damage, tremor sense; like the Summon Monster IV spell.
