Found on: Sirroco, Epic Sirroco, Elemental Rapier of Air (L16 - all tiers)
Effect: A critical hit with this weapon causes a whirlwind of desert sand to swirl about the target temporarily blinding it. A DC 14 Fortitude save is allowed to avoid being blinded; otherwise, the effect wears off 13 seconds later.
Greater Sirocco
Found on: U12-Upgraded Breeze, Elemental Rapier of Air (L20 - all tiers)
Effect: A critical hit with this weapon causes a whirlwind of desert sand to swirl about the target temporarily blinding it. A successful Reflex save DC 35 prevents the effect.
