Effect: This random loot weapon prefix grants the following enchantments:
- Frost - This weapon is sheathed in icy cold. A frost weapon deals an extra 1d6 of cold damage on a successful hit
- Tidal - This weapon is sheathed in water. A Tidal weapon deals an extra 1d4 points of damage on a successful hit. Creatures with the Fire trait take double this damage instead
Notes: Items with this effect are Bind to Character on Equip.
