Reconstruction

• Base price modifier: +1 per level of spell affected
  

Effect: Increase the amount of damage of your Repair spells by +10% per tier. I-IX number written on it indicates maximum spell level affected.

For example, Superior Reconstruction VI scepter improves the number of hit points gained by +50% and affects all level 6 or lower spells.
