Exotic Weapon Proficiency: Khopesh

• Prerequisite: Base Attack Bonus of +1 or higher

Description

This feat negates the -4 penalty to attack rolls from using a Khopesh untrained.

Unlike most other exotic weapons, Khopeshes offer no additional special unlock when used by a proficient user. Despite that fact, this feat is extremely popular due to the fact Khopeshes are (usually) the highest DPS one-handed weapon in the game. This is due in no small part to their x3 critical multiplier - a trait that does not follow the Pen and Paper version.

Notes:

• Originally Khopeshes were 19-20/x2 crit per Pen and Paper DnD. Turbine increased the multiplier to x3 to make this a desirable feat in late beta.
• A fighter may select this feat as one his bonus fighter bonus feats.
