Open Lock (Dexterity)
Description[edit]
Requires: Thieves' Tools and must be trained to use.
You can open closed doors and chests with this skill. Using this skill consumes one thieves' tool, whether or not the unlock was successful.
A failed roll when disarming traps may result in the trap being set off. However, there is no chance of damaging a lock on a door or chest, you can repeat as many times as you like, as long as you have tools left.
Some quest-related doors and chests cannot be opened with this skill.
