While this effect is active, all spells that are spell level four and below are negated.

Note / Bug:

Due to how Mantle of Invulnerability and certain spells and epic destiny abilities are coded, Mantle negates the entirety of these higher level spells when it should not. These include:

  • Cyclonic Blast (V) - the gust portion appears to be copied from Gust of Wind, Mantle treats the entire spell as a level 2 spell
  • Greater Shout (VI/VIII) - some portion appears to be copied from Shout, Mantle treats the entire spell as level 4
  • Sunburst (VIII) - the blindness portion appears to be copied from Blindness, Mantle treats the entire spell as level 2
