Path to Whisperdoom
The Path to Whisperdoom is accessed by using the caravan located at the northeastern part of House Phiarlan (immediately south of the Stormreach Teleporter on the map), and serves as the entrance to the quest The Spawn of Whisperdoom. This area has no difficulty setting (i.e. "Normal" is the only option available).
It is inhabited by hostile Kar-Thul ogres and Kar-thul Mutts - the ogres are much easier to spot than the dogs, which rush in packs to trip adventurers. It has a Rest Shrine but no Resurrection Shrine.
The entrance to Whisperdoom's Lair can easily be run, but be careful not to trigger Dungeon Alert that can cause Harried. Haste buff is helpful but not necessary.
