Description: You first meet Jacoby Drexelhand as the Crypt Keeper of the Heyton Family Crypt in Heyton's Rest. He tells you that the Sahuagin want to destroy Korthos and that the only safe people in the village are those who have joined the cult of the Devourer. He further tells you that within a month, the only people left in Korthos will be Devourer cultists. He reluctantly opens the gate for you, telling you not to come crying to him if you trip and hurt yourself in the dark.

After several more quests, it is revealed by Sigmund Bauerson that Jacoby Drexelhand is a traitor to Korthos, having given himself willingly to the Devourer. In The Collaborator, you confront Jacoby, who tells you that he sold out to the Sahuagin to save his own hide. After dealing with the Sahuagin and the Devourer cultists at the Wavecrest Tavern, you pursue him into the cellar of the tavern, and when you finally corner him, he fights you with two Sahuagin backing him up in the quest's main boss battle before you finally deliver him into Khyber's embrace.

After the events of The Collaborator, Jacoby Drexelhand's body is recovered by the cultists of the Devourer and taken to the Decrepit Catacombs, where he is brought back as an undead wight, who you have to fight in the finale of Necromancer's Doom.
