Why is there a note that's making a comment praising this item, whereas most other items don't have such a comment? It's a praise of the item which is in accordance with the (unjustified) hype this item is getting. And isn't it even more obsolete by now? I mean 4% dodge bonus on lvl14 isn't so bad, but still it's hyped. I mean there are other items, that give great or even unique bonuses at 6 levels earlier than comparable items. It's taking a whole slot. Other items with comparable bonusus are easier to get/have more and better other bonuses etc. So you have to evaluate it, it's not the ultimate item as the comment and the irrationale appraisal (mainly from monk-people which seem to be an irrationale/special/min-max/childish/ crowd anyway) suggest. The comment needs to be rewritten or removed. - Bimbelbo
- That comment was was not unjustified ~2 years ago when it was put there. Back then, this item was mandatory for non armor wearing AC builds, which is why the item had a note to that effect. Nowhere in the comment was it stated or implied that the item was best in slot currently, only that it was a good item at level. However, I have rewritten the note to make this more clear. Keep in mind that your opinion is no more valid than anyone else's, and that many people would still consider this a decent twink item for tr's.

changed to unbound?[edit]

Thanks for the update. I hit Garamol a few days ago to see if I could pull a new one to confirm but no dice. Is it completely unbound, or is it bound on equip like a lot of the new items?
