The item description says 'plus 30'. does this mean it stacks with other enhancment bonuses?

- No, enhancement bonus's on all in-game items do not stack with another item with an enhancement bonus, but if the bonus is described differently such as Insightful, Psionic or Exceptional then they will stack. Try slotting it and then using a guild ship amenity - the effect does not increase on your character sheet.
