Its not a clicky and that template doesn't fully describe what it does compared to the other one which does.

- The template you had originally was intended for "negative energy absoption 20%" items like Belt of Thoughtful Rememberance. The clicky template is often questionably used, but it's what's in currently in use for the negative spell-absorption type of effect for other items like Silver Flame Pendant and Mantle of the Worldshaper.

- Template:Absorption going to be updated, soonish. those items will be fix/updated as well. I didn't like them being categorize as a clicky, when they are not.

- I don't like the clicky template either, an updated or new template for spell absorption would be best. Not sure I like shoehorning spell absorption in with elemental absorption, though.

- It is a difference of fractional absorption and charge type absorption to me... They are both absorption... Negative energy fractional absorption is already included in Template:Absorption. It won't take much to adapt the template (as you can see by the usage and example sections I've already begun to create) to add charge type absorption.

- Beaten to a post. Seeing how the name of the Template is name Absorption and not elemental absorption I think we in the clear. No specifics were mention it was elemental only template.

- Percentage absorption and spell absorption are really completely different effects/concepts save for in name. Percentage absorption is reducing damage by a percent amount, while spell absorption is completely negating a spell - not even necessarily a damaging spell. That said, I'd have to see how the template looks/works in practice, it may be fine.

- The modification to Template:Absorption is live on Death's Locket (Level 25), Silver Flame Pendant, and Mantle of the Worldshaper. Check them out and let me know what you think before I expand the templates usage on all other similar items.

EDIT: As a side note, I have not included any automatic categorization of these "charge type" absorptions yet.
