Removing this item from the Fallen Giant requires a player to complete a long interaction with the Giant's skeleton while under attack from ghostly guardians. Once the spear is removed the giant attacks - to pin it down again and loot the chest beneath it, a player must double-click the fallen giant with this item equipped when the giant is reduced to 0 HP before it can regenerate and stand back up.
