Glaciation

- Base price modifier: varies
Effect: An item enchantment that enhances your cold spells, granting an equipment bonus to your Spell Power when casting these. Each point of Glaciation is an extra percent of damage on all your cold spells.
For example I have a Glaciation effect that gives 90 points of cold spell power. Now my cold spells do 90% more damage.
