Overview[edit]
Unlike most other characters, they do not fight to achieve a heroic goal or defeat a loathsome villain. Those are mere excuses -- it is the thrill of combat that draws them. For the frenzied berserker, the insanity of battle is like an addictive drug -- they must constantly seek out more conflict to feed their craving for battle.

Barbarian Frenzied Berserker II[edit]

- This enhancement automatically grants the following:
Supreme Cleave[edit]

Barbarian Frenzied Berserker III[edit]
- Usage: Passive
- Cost: 2 action points
- Progression: 66 action points
- Requires All of: Barbarian Power Attack III, Barbarian Power Rage III, Barbarian Damage Boost IV, Barbarian Frenzied Berserker II
- Available to Barbarian class level 18
- While raging, increases the critical multiplier of all weapons you use by an additional 1 when you roll a natural 19 or 20 that is a confirmed critical hit. Your two handed weapon glancing blows have an additional 2% chance of applying magical weapon effects. You also gain the ability to expend 20 hp to death frenzy.
- This enhancement automatically grants the following:
Death Frenzy[edit]
- Expend 20 hit points to enter a death frenzy (Stacks with your basic Rage and Frenzy.), increasing your strength by 4, your critical multiplier by an additional 1 when raging, and adds the 'Greater Vicious' property to your melee weapons. (4d6 damage to your attacks while dealing 1d3 damage to yourself per attack.)
Duration: 60 seconds, Cooldown: 30 seconds.
Notes:
- This can be a confusing enhancement line as each tier does similar, but slightly different things. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect when wielding a greataxe with the improved critical: slashing feat and using these enhancements:
- With tier1, Raged and Frenzied: 19-20 x3 criticals, +2d6 bonus dice from frenzy, 1d3 self damage.
- With tier2, Raged and Frenzied: 19-20 x4 criticals, +2d6 bonus dice from frenzy, 1d3 self damage.
- With tier3, Raged and Double Frenzied: 19-20 x6 criticals, +6d6 bonus dice from double frenzy, 2d3 self damage.
- Note the huge increase at tier 3, this is because tier 3 enhances both your rage and gives you an additional stacking frenzy clicky.
- Another example, using a falchion instead of a greataxe. Again with improved critical: slashing feat and using these enhancements:
- With tier1, Raged and Frenzied: 15-20 x2 criticals, +2d6 bonus dice from frenzy, 1d3 self damage.
- With tier2, Raged and Frenzied: 15-18 x2 criticals and 19-20 x3 criticals, +2d6 bonus dice from frenzy, 1d3 self damage.
- With tier3, Raged and Double Frenzied: 15-18 x2 criticals and 19-20 x5 criticals, +6d6 bonus dice from double frenzy, 2d3 self damage.
- Bugs
- Frenzy Berserker multiplier increase does not work correctly. It works partially - base damage is multiplied. But burst damage on weapons is not correctly increased. Bugged and reported since: 2 weeks into Mod 9 beta release. Official Known Issue: No
- Frenzy and Death Frenzy cause annoying flinch and scream animations on every single swing. Bugged and reported since: 2 weeks into Mod 9 beta release. Official Known Issue: No
- Official description is very inaccurate. Official description leaves out important details like "only on a 19-20" and refers to incorrect terms such as "critical threat" instead of multiplier. Bugged and reported since: 2 weeks into Mod 9 beta release. Official Known Issue: No
