Negative Amplification on your character sheet

Energy Amplification increases the amount of damage the wearer takes by the percentage specified.

Negative amplification

Negative amplification increases the amount of damage from negative energy effects. Pale Masters benefit from negative amplification, because it increases their healing. Negative amplification works just like Healing Amplification for them. An opposite effect, Negative Energy Absorption, decreases the benefit of negative energy healing. Some items with the Deathblock enchantment are also known to reduce negative healing.
