Description	This is a truly ancient relic of the giant wars against Dal Quor. The dream-monsters were best fought with weapons that struck down the spirit, rather than the flesh.
Tips	Pre U12 versions missing Upgradeable Item (Stormreaver) can have this added via the Stormreaver Monument with 5 Ancient Elven Relics. Existing upgrades (Holy, Force Damage Ritual, etc.) are maintained. Some old versions of the Dreamspitter do not have the Suppressed Power. This cannot be added, but you can add Upgradeable Item (Stormreaver) and then Force Burst. The negative levels inflicted by a critical hit from Dreamspitter reduce the victim's saving throws, and that effect stacks with itself. Dreamspitter becomes Bound to Character once the suppressed power is unlocked, but remains Bound to Account when the Stormreaver Seal upgrade is applied.
