Dizzying Spiked Chain
Dizzying Spiked Chain is a special attack employed by Shadar-kai Assassins.
The formidable weapon distracts and cripples your combat tactics.
- -10% Weapon Damage per stack
- -5% Attack speed per stack
- -2 Concentration per stack
Stacks up to 8 times. 20 second duration per stack.
This attack can be fairly lethal for the unprepared. Some tips for surviving these encounters:
- Trip / stun (or kill) the target asap.
- Move away! This special attack goes on cooldown, monsters cannot use it again for a couple seconds.
- Reflex saving throw and possibly Evasion can help you avoid the debuff. DDO Forums
