Epic Destiny Tools

Usable only by characters Level 20+

Shears of Fate	195 TP	Allows you to switch your active epic destiny at a rest shrine during a quest so you don't have to wait until you can speak with a Fatespinner in a public area.
Key of Destiny	995 TP	Allows you to unlock and claim any one epic destiny that's adjacent to one you already have unlocked on the map of destinies (without the need to first earn the prerequisite levels in your current destiny). You can switch into the new destiny and begin advancing in it once you claim it at a Fatespinner NPC.
Loom of Destiny	195 TP	Grants an epic destiny tree respec upon purchase without the need for in-game platinum! To use in game, click the ‘Reset Tree’ button in the Epic Destiny window and then click ‘Loom of Destiny’. Your destiny points will be returned and you can re-spend them. This item is auto-consumed when purchased and will not appear in your inventory.

Tome of Fate

Upgrade Tome of Fate (+1 to +2)	595 TP	IMPORTANT: REQUIRES a +1 inherent bonus to Fate Points to use (Tome of Fate +1). For level 20+ use. Permanently increases a +1 inherent bonus to Fate Points to a +2 inherent bonus to Fate Points.

Siberys Dragonshards can be found in game from Breakables, Collectable Objects or from Chest Loot. You combine the shards at a Stone of Change into the required shard that you want.

Siberys Dragonshards bought from the DDO Store as of the 11th of November 2009 do not stack with shards that are found or crafted in game.

Siberys Dragonshard of your choice is available as reward for first tier of Agents of Argonessen Favor

You need to talk to Fred the Mind Flayer in House Jorasco to undertake the feat swap, he will also charge an amount of gold.

If you do the quest given by Lockania in the Marketplace at Hall of the Mark, once completed you will have a free feat swap, this quest can only be done once.

Name Changes

These items let you change Character or Creature companion names.

XP Tomes

Persists through Reincarnation and stacks with all XP bonuses. Does not affect characters level 20 or higher. Can only be used once per character.
XP Tomes does not stack with each other, only the highest bonus will count.
