Using our Internet Relay Chat (IRC), you can ask questions and talk to other editors, long-time editors, and administrators in real time.
In order to best help you, please create an account or log in before connecting to the IRC chat. Then you can use your nick from the wiki and it will greatly assist us in helping you.
Warning: Rizon does not allow more than four simultaneous connections at a time. You will be automatically banned from IRC channel for 30 minutes if you do.
[edit] Other IRC Clients
There are many ways to connect to IRC. Some of these include;
- mIRC, which is a stand alone client, with the ability to run more complex scripts/actions/shortcuts.
- Chatzilla: A Firefox plug in that runs in your browser.
- Mibbit, a Java based IRC emulator, runs as a browser window without downloading or installing anything. Mibbit also runs on various mobile devices. Has been having issues staying on-line recently.
- You may choose to connect directly with Mibbit -- Start chatting
[edit] IRC Hours
Currently, we have 3 admins available.
Yawgmoth: Lives on the Western US Coast. Part Bot, Part Human, All Evil. Manages the IRC channel. Hours are 12PM - 12 AM PST for questions, 12 AM-12 PM PST for messages directed at any admin listed here.
Shoemaker: Lives on the Eastern US Coast. Only 2 people know more about this wiki then ShoeMaker. One of them is locked in his basement.
Taurolyon: Also on the East Coast. Will be poked when there's IRC activity. EST: ~3PM to 12AM, sometimes as late as 3AM.
Various Kobolds also dwell within as either comedic relief, message systems (Currently in Beta), and cleaning work. Some of their available commands are listed as follows.
