DDO has had many items phased out of the DDO Store or made available through other means like Astral Shards with update 16.1. The following are no longer available in the DDO Store.

Epic Destiny Tools

Call of Destiny	195 DP	This potion allow a character to earn experience in one Epic Destiny while another is active for up to three hours per potion.
Key of Destiny	995 DP	Allows you to unlock and claim any one epic destiny that's adjacent to one you already have unlocked on the map of destinies (without the need to first earn the prerequisite levels in your current destiny). You can switch into the new destiny and begin advancing in it once you claim it at a Fatespinner NPC.

Huge Jewel of Fortune		225 DP	400 DP		Grants a +2 bonus to the level of treasure earned from opening treasure chests for 6 hours of in-game time.1

¹ Lasts for the next X hours that you are logged in and in a non-public area. Has no effect on the drop rate of named items. (The effect timer pauses while you are in public areas.)

²All guild renown elixirs provide an additional +100% bonus.

Note: You can trade Eberron Dragonshards to collectors for Medium Jewel of Fortune.
