Item Upgrading

Many named items from various Adventure Packs can be upgraded or their initial enchantments restored by using ingredients gathered in the same quest module or later in the storyline. Players often call this type of mechanic "Unlocking" or "Upgrading". Some of them can further be upgraded to their epic versions.
