Effect: Every hit from this weapon has a chance to trigger a Cloudburst, striking its target with lightning and dealing sonic damage to surrounding enemies through a powerful thunderclap.

Lightning Damage Formula: 10d3 + 30

• Lightning Average Damage per Proc: 50
• Lightning Average Damage per hit: 4.5 (Electric)

Sonic Damage (added in Update 14)

• ~100 sonic damage AoE to enemies in a large radius

Test Clouburst effect on Sireth, Spear of the Sky:

Proc Rate: 5% (Proc on Roll 20)

• Lightning Average Damage per Proc: 100
• Lightning Average Damage per hit: 5 (Electric)
• Sonic Average Damage per Proc: 75
• Sonic Average Damage per hit: 3.75 (Sonic)
