A charm spell causes an enemy to fight enemies in the nearby area for you, but will not cause enemies to follow you around like Dominate spells do.
Charmed enemies will have a pink icon above their head to indicate the effect is active, unlike Dominate spells, which instead show a blue hat, which indicates they will both fight for you and follow you around as your loyal servant.
