This weapon sheds tiny embers that can impair a creature's sight. Blinds on a confirmed vorpal hit. Duration is about 20 seconds. DC35 reflex save negates the blindness.
Bug: The official description describes this as not having a save, much like radiance blindness. Yet it does have a save.
