Spell Description

A curse is placed on the subject, with the following three effects:

• –4 penalty on attack rolls.
• -4 penalty on saving throws.
• -4 penalty on skill checks.

The curse bestowed by this spell cannot be dispelled, but it can be removed with a Break enchantment or Remove Curse spell or potion.
