Location: The Marketplace, top of Falconer's Spire.
Notes: The entry location near Bill acts as the initial bind point for all Veteran I and II characters. Such characters appear here upon releasing from death, unless/until they choose a different bind point.
The Marketplace[edit]
If you try to talk to him anytime with a non-veteran character, he will reply:
- Bellwether Bill: Well met. I am a guide for tourists, explorers and adventurers here in Stormreach.
- Bellwether Bill: Would you like some help finding your way around?
- You: What's there for an adventurer to do around here?
- Bellwether Bill: We've been seeing a rise in piracy lately.
- Bellwether Bill: Whether you want to try your hand at buccaneering, or of you want to make the seas safer, you can find it at Three Barrel Cove.
- Bellwether Bill: To get there, head through the South Gate to the Harbor. Speak to the Port Agent out on the pier, and ask her to sail you to Three Barrel Cove.
On a Veteran Character, as soon as you arrive in Stormreach, he will say:
- Bellwether Bill: I see you just arrived on the Heart of Wind.
- Bellwether Bill: The captain mentioned that I should make the weapon that you had brought aboard available to you. Sadly, the lumox Minotaur aboard lost the log book which allowed me to know which weapon belonged to you. Would you be kind enough to look through the assortment and take your weapon?
- You: Thank you, I am sure that I can locate my weapon.
