If you are at level 10 or higher, however, he will reply:

Balkar Aislin: Why hellow there <name>. You want to help me out! Yes, yes you do!
You: Help you out with what exactly?
Balkar Aislin: A tapestry! While the Black Abbot is quite insane and evil, his sense of style is paramount. This area has the most exquisite tapestries. Age and time have worn them down though and they have been ripped into many pieces and spread across the Orchard. Find one and bring it to me. I have a collection of fine helmets I'd be willing to part with in exchange.
- You: I will bring you any pieces of tapestry I find. (Bestow quest)

Talking to him after acquiring the quest, but before completion, he will say:

Balkar Aislin: No, no, no! That simply won't do! There's not enough pieces to make a respectable tapestry. Come back when you've got twenty, that should do. Twenty is paramount!

When you get 20 shreds of tapestry, he will congratulate you with the following:

Balkar Aislin: Yes, yes, yes! You have twenty pieces, and a bag for them! This is most fortunate. You will allow me to have them yes? Giving them to me is of paramount importance!

After completing the quest and taking the reward, if you talk to him again, he will reply:

Balkar Aislin: This tapestry is very nice, very high quality threads. Seems like the pieces are quite abundant throughout the Orchard. I don't suppose you'd be interested in gathering me another?
