• Uncommon Reagent
• Collector: Wash Pynoptis
• Located in: The Harbor, outside Philosopher's Row
• Reward: Lvl 1 Spell Wands (Burning Hands, Magic Missile, Ray of Enfeeblement, Shocking Grasp)
• Can also be used as ingredient for Alchemical Armor Eldritch Ritual, in quantity of 5
