This Wilderness Adventure Area is accessed through The Marketplace.

Searing Heights requires character level 4 to enter.

In addition to the Rare Encounter / Slayer / Explorer missions typical to all Wilderness Adventure Areas, the following missions can be found in this zone:

You must be in the level range of 4 to 10 to get full experience for this quest.

Each Rare Encounter is worth 450 XP the bonus for finding all of them is 2025 XP.

  • Slay Giallo, Shadow Warrior
  • Slay Cruor Rosso, Blackbone Soldier
  • Slay Guck, Muck's Cousin
  • Slay Itharn Ushu, Sulatar Consecrator
  • Slay Hazai Haatha, Sulatar Conjurer
  • Slay Ghamzee, Black Wolf Leader (found south east of Calcine)
  • Slay Calcine, Fire Mephit Idol
  • Slay Smolder, Fire Elemental Idol (found inside lava fall cave)
  • Slay Shute Ruggzen, Scorrow Infiltrator

  • Slay 10 denizens of Searing Heights: 285 XP
  • Slay 25 denizens of Searing Heights: 393 XP
  • Slay 50 denizens of Searing Heights: 555 XP
  • Slay 100 denizens of Searing Heights: 887 XP
  • Slay 200 denizens of Searing Heights: 1500 XP
  • Slay 400 denizens of Searing Heights: 2760 XP
  • Slay 750 denizens of Searing Heights: 4770 XP

Each Explorer is worth 225 XP; the bonus for finding all of them is 843 XP.

  • Find the harbor river
  • Find the crumbled archway
  • Find the southern gate
  • Discover the cooled lava fall
  • Find the eastern gate
  • Discover the lava shrine
  • Discover the distant view
  • Find the scenic overlook
  • Find the lone tree (can be reached by using Feather Fall from scenic overlook)
  • Find the pillar bridge
