Heighten Spell

This feat makes spells harder for monsters to resist by raising the effective level of the spell, but causes the spell to consume 5 more spell points per level raised. In effect, the spell is cast as if it is of the highest level spell you have obtained in terms of the number of spell points it consumes (unless you take the appropriate enhancement, which provides a discount based on the number of levels the spell is raised) and how the Save DC is calculated.

Heighten Spell has no effect on spells without a saving throw.

Prerequisite: must able to cast 2nd level spells
